Carmen Natalia Hayes 43 years of age. daughter of Debra Teresa Harville and Anthony Martin Hayes, Sr. A member of Belmont C.M.E. Church Mason, Tennessee.

Formerly employed with Benchmark Health Care as a phlebotomist.

Carmen also leaves to cherish her beautiful memories Madison M. Hayes, daughter; three sisters, Shiree (Jaz) Alexander, Deidra Hayes, Takayla Hayes, one brother, Anthony Hayes, 11.

Carmen will lie in state at the church from 1:00 - 1;45 p.m. Divine Purpose Church 2110 Hwy 196 Arlington, TN. Bishop Ron Alexander, Pastor.

Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Interment Maclin Cemetery 5400 old Hwy 59 Mason, TN.
