Helen Louise Jackson, born on November 20, 1931, in Sheffield, Alabama, peacefully departed this life on May 17, 2025, in Oakland, Tennessee. A devoted matriarch and beloved member of her community, Helen lived a life filled with love, compassion, and unwavering faith.
Helen dedicated herself to her family and her church, where she served on the Mother's Board at St. Paul M.B. Church. Her commitment to her faith and her community exemplified her character and was a guiding light for many. Helen's nurturing spirit and unwavering support created a loving home for her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her nine children: Margaret Pierce, Andrew (Rosie) Jackson, Stella Jackson, Tommy (Jeraline) Jackson, Claibrone (Bobbie) Jackson,Annie (Michael) Morris Malcom Jackson, Earnestine Jackson,s and Regina Jackson. Her legacy continues through her thirty- five grandchildren, seventy-four great-grandchildren, twenty-four great-great-grandchildren, and a vast community whose lives she touched with her kindness and wisdom.
The impact Helen had on those around her will endure, as her love and teachings will continue to resonate in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Visitation with the family on Friday, May 23rd from 5-7:00 p.m. at Mabone Funeral Home in The Mary Lee Mabone Memorial Chapel.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 24th, 2025, 12:00 Noon At St. Paul M.B. Church Williston, TN. Rev. Sylvester Twillie, Pastor.
