Family was the core of Henry's life. He is survived by his loving daughter, Catandra Pierce, and his son, Martigus Bogan, who carry on his legacy with pride. grandfather to four beloved grandchildren, who were a source of joy and inspiration for him.

Friends and family will gather to honor Henry’s memory at a memorial service to be held on May 23, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Mabone Funeral Home, located at 1435 Teague Store Rd, Somerville, Tennessee 38068. This service will offer a moment to reflect on the life of a man whose hands brought growth and vitality not only to gardens but also to the hearts of those who knew him.
