LEEVON Minor, Jr.

LEEVON Minor, Jr. passed away on September 11, 2025, at the age of 62. He was born on January 4, 1963, in Somerville, Tennessee.

Leevon attended Fayette Ware High School, where he forged lifelong friendships and fond memories that shaped his character and outlook on life. Throughout his journey, he was known for his warmth, kindness, and the ability to connect with those around him.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Barbara Gene Minor, who provided a foundation of love and support throughout his life. Leevon will be sorely missed by his siblings: Patricia (Kawais) Watkins, Sheriece Smith, Jeffrey Minor, and Frederrick Minor, all of whom cherished their time with him and the invaluable memories they created together.

Leevon was preceded in death by his father, Lee Von Minor, Sr., whose presence in his life left a lasting influence. As family and friends come together to honor Leevon’s memory, they will hold close the spirit of love and connection that he embodied. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Funeral Services will be on Friday, September 19th, 1:00 p.m. location Trinity Bible way Church 3110 Overton Crossing Memphis, TN. Pastor Evanthony Wilson, Eulogist.
